1. Acceptance of Terms

By using modNtune, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

modNtune is an AI-powered car tuning visualization platform. You upload images of vehicles and apply virtual modifications using AI generation. The service uses a credit-based system where approximately 100 credits equal $1.00 USD.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use modNtune. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may only create one account; creating multiple accounts to abuse the signup bonus is prohibited.

4. Credits and Purchases

Credits are consumed when generating AI visualizations. Credit costs vary based on the base generation cost and selected modifications. Purchases are processed through RevenueCat and are subject to the refund policies of the respective app stores. Failed generations are automatically refunded.

5. Content Policy

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant modNtune a license to process and store it for service delivery. You must not upload content that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights.

6. Competitions

modNtune may host design competitions. Entries are subject to moderation and must comply with competition themes. Prizes are awarded at our discretion and competition rules may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

modNtune is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for AI generation quality, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
